As a certified health coach. these are common concerns I address in our sessions together. I help busy women who are struggling to stay afloat so they have more energy and reduce their stress without sacrificing time with their family and job. I work with you when you feel stuck and give a simple system so that you can take small manageable steps toward you goals to have long term success. I provide secure video sessions to give you the privacy of one to one coaching. My health journey began back in 2018 when I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes while also experiencing symptoms of early menopause. My doctors recommended countless medications with even more side effects that I was not eager to start. So, I decided to change my food and mindset to overcome my health issues ranging from weight gain to low energy and brain fog. Through it all, I learned how my body flourished when it was in balance. We thrive when our bodies are in good health. Through a holistic approach focused on diet and lifestyle changes, I was able to reverse my symptoms without the use of ANY medications. I can guide you on your own holistic journey to incorporate your unique life and food choices. As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, my mission is to support you on your individual health journey. I have my certification in health coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and my MBA from Villanova University’s School of Business. For the past 14 years, I have been the executive manager of a medical clinic.
Mona is a nationally board certified Integrative Health & Wellness coach specializing in women's hormonal health. She has her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she received in depth training in nutrition, health, and wellness. She is also a certified practitioner in the energy healing modality called the Emotion Code. This is based on the work of Dr. Bradley Nelson which works to release trapped emotions from past stress or trauma that are stuck in our bodies causing emotional and physical ailments.
